Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a Petition for Determination of Exempt Property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROEPRTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO CLAIM AN ELECTIVE SHARE IS DEEMED WAIVED.
