LOT 2, BLOCK 4, COLFAX CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 15, TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3275 W.
