CITY OF DUNEDIN Architectural Design Services for the Dunedin Golf Club Course Restoration RFQ 22-1212
The City of Dunedin, Florida, is soliciting qualifications/submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) qualified to provide professional architectural services required to develop a Master Plan for the site and to provide architectural services required for the design, permitting and construction of the Dunedin Golf Club course restoration. The City intends to restore the Dunedin Golf Club course located at 1050 Palm Boulevard Dunedin, FL 34698. The restoration shall be compliant with all State, County, City and all other code/legal requirements. The selected Consultant will also be responsible for providing a detailed and reasonable cost estimate for the construction of the course restoration. This project is partially funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
