FAIN AKA LINDA CAROLYN FAIN, et al., are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller of the will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of September, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, WOODLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39 PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
