NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-004036-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, FRANCK FILS-AIME AKA FRANK FILSAIME, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of September, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 26, BLOCK 92, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
