UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 5, THE RETREAT AT NAPLES NO. ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 930, PAGE 0002, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITM ALL APPURTENANCES ATTENDANT THERETO, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 944, PAGE 1385. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
