NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-001066-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOAN C. WILLIAMS, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit & Comptroller Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of November, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 14 IN BLOCK C OF LAKEWOOD UNIT NO 4 PER MAP AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
