NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Lot 106, WATERFORD ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 1A through 1-Z-9, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on September 19, 2022
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
