UNIT 310 OF CAMBRIDGE HOUSE OF PORT CHARLOTTE - A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 21, 1979, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 620, AT PAGES 1205-1287 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
