NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-004272 of the County Court of the TWELTFH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CHARM-B INC. is the Plaintiff and HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 5, INC. as Trustee of the 7820 Haven Harbour Way Land Trust, is the Defendant. Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00AM, on September 14, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 185, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 160, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
