NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the August 22, 2022 Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of August 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019CA002385, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ALAZAYA FLOYD A/K/A ALAZAYA GEKARRA FLOYD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAZAYA FLOYD A/K/A ALAZAYA GEKARRA FLOYD; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m on the 14th day of November 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 200, HOLIDAY GARDENS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
