ALTARE, JR. A/K/A JOSEPH ALTARE, JR.; SUZANNE F. ALTARE A/K/A SUZANNE ALTARE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. D/B/A LENDINGTREE LOANS; CHELSEA PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
