NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2022, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11 a.m. on October 11, 2022 the following described property:
A tract of land lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, thence South 89°56'36” E along the South line of said NE 1/4, a distance of 200.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and the P.C. of a curve; thence along the arc of a curve concave to the Northwest with a radius of 1320.00 feet, a delta angle of 48°20'22” and a chord bearing and distance of N 24°13'35” E, 1080.92 feet, a distance of 1113.66 feet; thence S 37°12'35” E, a distance of 572.87 feet; thence S 42°44'30” W, a distance of 721.35 feet to the said South line; thence N 89°56'36” W, along the said South line a distance of 300.41 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH non-exclusive easements which benefit of the above described lands as set forth in Armenian Acres Deed Restrictions and Covenants recorded in Official Records Book 4442, Page 1316, and Pasco County, Florida Interoffice Memorandum recorded in Official Records Book 4446, Page 324, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
