COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ALBERT FERNANDEZ, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a Quiet Title action on the following properties listed below has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Sarasota, on July 15, 2022; Case No: 2022-CA-3308.
1. Lot 22, Block 2346, 48th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recroded in Plat Book 20, Page 5A through 5R, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE, of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before Sept. 26, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Sarasota County Historic Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
