NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated April 26, 2022, and was recorded May 2, 2022, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2022075063, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SIESTA SANDS BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1001 Point of Rocks Road, Siesta Key, FL 34242 on the 21st day of SEPTEMBER, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
