NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2022, and entered in 18-CA-006162 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LISA H. EDGAR A/K/A LISA HAND SAMPLES A/K/A LISA H. SAMPLES; REGINALD BRANDON EDGAR; JOHN DOUGLAS SAMPLES; STEFANIE NICOLE MICCIO; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 13, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
