NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 9, 2022 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-008665, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL W. MARTIN; MISTY M. MARTIN; SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 13, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 10 OF SOUTH POINTE, PHASE 2A - 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE(S) 77-1 THROUGH 77-9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
