REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR: STONEBRIER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Hillsborough County, Florida
Notice is hereby given that the Stonebrier Community Development District (the “District”) will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services, all as more specifically set forth in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
The RFP, including contract documents, project scope, and any technical specifications, will be available for public inspection and may be obtained beginning September 1, 2022 at 2 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Proposal Pick-Up Time”) from DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208 Lake Mary, Florida 32746.
Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit one (1) original and seven (7) hard copies as well as one electronic copy of the required proposal no later than 2 p.m. (Eastern Time), September 22, 2022 at DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208 Lake Mary, Florida 32746 c/o Tish Dobson. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall clearly identify the project. Proposals will be publicly opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents will be disqualified. ALL PROPOSERS ARE INVITED TO THE DISTRICT MEETING TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 13, 2022, at 19502 HERITAGE HARBOR PARKWAY, LUTZ, FLORIDA, TO COMMENT ON THEIR PROPOSALS.
Any protest regarding the RFP, including but not limited to protests relating to the proposal notice, the proposal instructions, the proposal forms, the contract form, the scope of work, the maintenance map, the specifications, the evaluation criteria, the evaluation process, or any other issues or items relating to the RFP, must be filed in writing, within seventy-two (72) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) after the Proposal Pick-Up Time. The formal protest setting forth with particularity the facts and law upon which the protest is based shall be filed within seven (7) calendar days after the initial notice of protest was filed. Failure to timely file a notice of protest or failure to timely file a formal written protest shall constitute a waiver of any right to object or protest with respect to aforesaid plans, specifications or contract documents. Additional information and requirements regarding protests are set forth in the Project Manual and the District's Rules of Procedure, which are available from the District Manager at the address noted above.
Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the Evaluation Criteria set forth in the ranking worksheet contained within the RFP. The District has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informalities or irregularities if it determines in its discretion it is in the best interest to do so.
