NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 08, 2022, and entered in 29-2022-CA-000270 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and GAETANO URSO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; CHASE PARK, LLC; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; WOODMONT HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
