A lot or parcel of land, lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of said Section 32, run West along the South line of said Section 32 for 665 feet; thence run North parallel with the East line of said Section 32, along the center line of a public road 130 feet wide, for 1768.5 feet to the North line of a public road 100 feet wide; thence run West parallel with South line of said Section 32, along the North side of said public road 100 feet wide, for 1374 feet; thence continue West along the North line of Tarpon Avenue for 250+ feet to the East line of Tarpon Way; thence run North along the East side of Tarpon Way 0°13'30” for 401.18 feet to the Point of Beginning of parcel; thence continue North 50 feet; thence East 100 feet, thence South 50 feet; thence West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning of parcel.
Being also described as Lot 20, Tarpon Bend Subdivision (unrecorded), according to plat of subdivision as recorded in Deed Book 296, Page 17, Lee County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1969 RITZ single-wide mobile home structure known as title number 66719016 and vehicle identification number 16182324.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title has been instituted against you.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Robson D.C. Powers, Esq., whose address is 1714 Cape Coral Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 on or before September 27, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
