NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment, entered in Case No. 22-CA-001898 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Richard Juers a/k/a Richard W. Juers a/k/a Richard W. Juers Sr.; Fifth Third Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Fifth Third Bank, successor by merger to First National Bank of Florida; Patricia A. Juers are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 21, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 5904, UNIT 92, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 26 THROUGH 34, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
