NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2022, and entered in Case No. 36-2021-CA-004363 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2018-2, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Peer; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Paul Gropelli a/k/a Paul James Gropelli, deceased; Gail Rudaitis; Karen Anderson; Robert K. Kribel; Mark P. Kribel; Gary P. Kribel, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 21th day of September, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
