Thomas, Deceased; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service; Amy Willis are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 132 FEET OF THE NORTH 594 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 60.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
