NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022-CC-001878, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANA MENDEZ is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of December, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
