NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 16, 2022 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 08, 2022, entered in Case No. 2021-CA-001303 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LODGE SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and
STEPHANE P. GAUDEMER and DAWN K. GAUDEMER A/K/A DAWN KIM GAUDEMER are the Defendants.
