YOU ARE NOTIFIED, that an action for the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage Without Children has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defense to the Petition on MARTHA GARCIA, care of ERIC REYES, ESQ., 1435 Collingswood Blvd, Ste. B, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948 on or before 12/27/22 and file the original with the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court at 350 East Marion Ave., Punta Gorda Florida 33950 before service on Petitioner, through his counsel, or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the office of the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court. You may review the document upon request.
You must keep the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court notified of your current address. (You may file a Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915). Future papers in this lawsuit will be sent to you at the address of record at the Clerk's Office.
