NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 9, 2022, issued in and for Manatee, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-001766, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-A is the Plaintiff, and DORELIEN INC, A FLORIDA CORPORATION is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, MANATEE CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 17, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
