NOTICE OF ACTION
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

THE INLETS AT RIVERDALE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
Plaintiff, vs.
ROBERT DIETRICH FRASCELLA and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,
Defendants.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE INLETS AT RIVERDALE, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 310, RIVERDALE REVISED, a Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 0, Page 40, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that certain parcel of land referred to in Administrative Determination 94-98 and described in Vacation of Canal (R-94-33V), recorded in Official Records Book 1428, Pages 86 through 89, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of said lot 310; thence S 27° 30' 33” E, along the Southerly extension of the West lot line of said Lot 310, a distance of 6.00 feet; thence N 62° 30' 00” E, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence N 27° 30' 00” W, a distance of 6.00 feet to the Southeast comer of said Lot 310; thence S 62° 30' 00” W, along the South line of said lot 310, a distance of 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. All being and lying in Section 28, Township 34, South Range 18 East,
Manatee County, Florida. More commonly known as: 4716 Spinnaker Dr., Bradenton, FL 34208
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg, Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
