DUTERTRE A/K/A PIERRICK DUTERTRE; CATHY DUTERTRE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE

26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE WEST 135 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 86 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 135 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 86 FEET, THENCE WEST 135 FEET, THENCE NORTH 86 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND THE SOUTH 12 FEET OF THE NORTH 182 FEET OF THE EAST 140 FEET OF TRACT 122, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS THE SAME IS NUMBERED AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY
LANDS, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 86 FEET OF THE NORTH 172 FEET OF SAID TRACT 122.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
