NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020 CA 000335 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and KAREN LAGANA AKA KAREN ELIZABTH LAGANA et. al., are Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of December, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 533, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES 10TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
