NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order On Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 15th day of November 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 003908 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SUSAN HUGHES HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of January 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
