NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 002773 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WOODMANS CHART CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD J. WILHELM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD J. WILHELM ; JULIE GLAZE; LISA GOODE; ANNSLEY NOTERMAN A/K/A ANNSLEY NOTERMAN-HALL; JONATHAN NOTERMAN and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:

Unit 132, Woodmans Chart, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1153, page 1498, and Amendments thereto recorded in Official Records Book 1161 page 2113, Official Records Book 1171 page 319, and in Official Records Book 1183 page 2142 and as per Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10 page 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
