NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 22-CA-002452 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC3, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DAVID BOWERING, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of January, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 36, BLOCK 1, CYPRESS MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
