NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2022 and entered in Case Number 22-CC-032598 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Providence Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation is the Plaintiff and Joy R. Cohen; and Rashida Bonito are the Defendants. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. E.S.T., on January 6, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 28, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 1317 Kelridge Place, Brandon, FL 33511.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
