NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of November, 2022, in Civil Action No. 18-CC-006027 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARK SANDERS is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 510, SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM BUILDING #5, and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in the Official Records Book 1634 at Pages 1240 through 1324, inclusive, and as amended in Official Record Book 1637, Page 268, and as amended in Official Records Book 1641, Page 530, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
