NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 21st day of November 2022, and entered in Case No. 20000882CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNA STEPHENS CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA STEPHENS DEBORAH B. MARTIN CHARLES L. MARTIN III; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of December 2022, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, PERRY'S SKYVIEW SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
