NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2022, and entered in 21-005344-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN F. GRIFFIN, DECEASED; JACQUELINE WASKOW; JOHN GRIFFIN; JOSEPH GRIFFIN; JAMES GRIFFIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BAYSIDE MEADOWS, PHASE II, SECTION 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 04, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LYING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY; FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PLAT OF BAYSIDE MEADOWS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, A PARTIAL REPLAT, ALSO BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15, OF SAID PLAT; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 02' 41” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE PLAT OF GULL-AIRE VILLAGE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT 27, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR 81.51 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 02' 41” EAST, ALONG SAID PLAT OF GULL AIRE VILLAGE FOR 29 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 15 DEGREES 17' 00” EAST, FOR 141.59 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SAGINAW COURT, ALSO BEING THE RADIAL INTERSECTION WITH THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHEAST; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 50 00 FEET A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 25 DEGREES 52' 12” FOR 22.58 FEET: THENCE NORTH 41 DEGREES 09' 12” FOR 22 58 FEET, THENCE NORTH 41 DEGREES 09' 12” WEST, ALONG A LINE RADIAL TO SAID CURVE, FOR 14.77 FEET, THENCE NORTH 15 DEGREE'S 17' 00” WEST FOR 142.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
