NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2022, and entered in 21-005344-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN F. GRIFFIN, DECEASED; JACQUELINE WASKOW; JOHN GRIFFIN; JOSEPH GRIFFIN; JAMES GRIFFIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BAYSIDE MEADOWS, PHASE II, SECTION 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
