NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2022, and entered in 21-004674-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TONI CARCIONE, DECEASED; KRISTOPHER C. CARCIONE; CITY OF GULFPORT, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 04, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
