NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2022, and entered in Case No. 22-001744-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE ASPEN GROWTH IV TRUST, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is Plaintiff, and VENUSSA BOSHOFF, GRANT BOSHOFF AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to begin at 10:00 a.m., on December 22, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of Lot 1, Block 3, Bayview Heights, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying West of the Southerly extension of a line separating Lots 34 and 35, Sunburst Court, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Together with a Non-Exclusive Easement for Ingress and Egress over the following described portion of said Lot 1: From a Point of Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 35, run thence along the Southerly extension of said line separating said Lots 34 and 35, a distance of 30 feet; thence East 10 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence West 10 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Also, Together with a Non-Exclusive Easement for Ingress and Egress over the following described portion of said Lot 35; From a Point of Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 35; run thence Easterly along the Southerly Boundary of said Lot 35, a distance of 10 feet; thence Northerly parallel to and 10 feet Easterly of the most Westerly Boundary of said Lot 35, a distance of 21.83 feet, more or less, to the Boundary of the Public through fare known as Sunburst Court; thence Westerly along the Southerly boundary of said thoroughfare to the intersection with the most Westerly boundary of said Lot 35; thence Southerly along said Westerly boundary to the Point of Beginning.

The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
