Begin at the NE corner of Lot 8 of A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 30 WAHNETA FARMS, as shown on the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 15, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, thence run Southwesterly along the SE boundary 368.14 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence run Northwesterly at a right angle to the previous course a distance of 137.5 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the SE boundary a distance of 49.40 feet; thence run Southeasterly 137.5 feet to the Southeasterly boundary of said Lot 8; thence run Northeasterly to the Point of Beginning a distance of 49.40 feet, more or less; LESS right-of-way of Eighth Street previously deeded to Polk County, Florida.
