The administration of the estate of Angela Fanizza, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for POLK County, Florida, Probate Division, File Number 2022-CP- 0034920000XX. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims in the above captioned probate proceeding with the Polk County Clerk of Court, Probate Division, whose address is 255 N. Broadway Avenue, Bartow, FL 33830-3912, and send a copy of the claim to attorney for the Personal Representative, set forth below, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE TO CREDITORS, OR WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO CREDITORS ON ANY CREDITOR, even though the personal representative may have recognized the claim or demand by paying a part of it, or interest on it, or otherwise.
No cause of action, including, but not limited to, an action founded upon fraud or other wrongful act or omission, shall survive the death of the person against whom the claim may be made, whether or not an action is pending at the death of the person, unless a claim is filed within the time periods set forth above.
All claims, demands and objections not so filed will be forever barred.
Notwithstanding the time period set forth above, any claim filed two years or more after the decedent's date of death is barred.
