Notice of Change of Meeting Location
for Remainder of Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Meetings of the
Union Park East Community Development District
The Union Park East Community Development District hereby gives notice that the meeting location of its remainder Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors will now be held at the Residence Inn located at 2867 Lajuana Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. The meeting times remain at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting dates are on the first Thursdays of the month as follows:
January 5, 2023
February 2, 2023
March 2, 2023
April 6, 2023
May 4, 2023
June 1, 2023
July 6, 2023
August 3, 2023
September 7, 2023
The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for community development districts. Any meeting may be continued with no additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at a meeting. Please check the District's website for the latest information: https://www.unionparkeastcdd.org/. A copy of the agenda for the meetings will be available 7 days in advance of the meeting on the District's website.
If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
