Final Judgment was awarded on August 17, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019CA001606CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JULIUS VINCENT S. REYES F/K/A SALUKAG S. REYES; MARIA-TERESA D. REYES; BUSINESS LOAN CENTER, LLC; CITIBANK, N.A.; NATURE'S RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MICHAEL REYES are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com on January 10, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 OF NATURE'S RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
