NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 7, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-013605-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and FREDERICK HAYNIE; CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on January 5, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D, BUILDING 2787 CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
