NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 28, 2011, and an Order resetting the Sale dated November 29, 2022 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-023798-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES IV TRUST, as Assignee of the Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and ENRIQUE HERNANDEZ, LOURDES TORRES, HUNTER`S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on January 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
