YOUR ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title has been filed against you in the Charlotte County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, to: Christine F. Wright, Esq., 923 Del Prado Blvd., Suite 205, Cape Coral, FL 33990, on or before January 9, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Charlotte County, Florida.
