LILLY; JENNIFER BURROWS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER BURROWS N/K/A WILBUR HIRSCH; HAMLET I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NANCY EZHEDARIN are Defendant(s), Kevin C.
