NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2022, and entered in 21-CA-003752 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and PETER ALAN MOTH; SUSAN JOAN MOTH; PALMIRA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NOVELA AT PALMIRA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA VITA AT PALMIRA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLEZZA AND AVALLONE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE LUKE M. SINDELAR IRREVOCABLE TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LUKE M. SINDELAR IRREVOCABLE TRUST are the Defendant(s). Kevin C.
