LOTS 7, 8, and 21, DEEP LAGOON ESTATES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 79, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
AND
Lot 7, Deep Lagoon Estates, Lee County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 79, Lee County records, LESS the following described parcel: Commencing at the most southerly corner of Lot 7, Deep Lagoon Estates, Lee county, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 19, Lee County records. Thence N 45° 48' E along the northwesterly R/W/ line of McGregor Blvd. (State Road No. 867), (80 foot R/W), a distance of 135.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Thence continue N 45° 48' E along said R/W line a distance of 42.5 feet to the most easterly corner of said lot 7; Thence N 44° 12' W 49 feet more or less to the waters of a boat canal; Thence southerly along said waters to a point that bears N 44° 12' W of the Point of Beginning. Thence S 44° 12' E 54 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title has been instituted against you.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Robson D.C. Powers, Esq., whose address is 1714 Cape Coral Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 on or before January 11, 2023 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
