NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-003031-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-27, Plaintiff and DICKSON, ROBERT, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of January, 2023, the following described property:
